Sharlene Welch is an Oklahoma native, born and raised in Stillwater Oklahoma. She attended Oklahoma State University earning her Bachelor’s degree in Family Relations and Child Development. Sharlene, has been in the real estate industry since earning her licensure in 2007. She is familiar with Edmond, Stillwater, Perkins, Guthrie, Deer Creek, and the Oklahoma City area and its surrounding Metro areas. Always ahead of the game, she believes in utilizing the most up to the minute Real Estate tools, serving her clientele. Sharlene holds the ABR, ePro and LMS real estate certifications.

Her warm and welcoming demeanor puts clients at ease. “Sharlene specializes in utilizing her skills as a real estate professional to guide buyers and sellers as smoothly as possible through each transaction. Her goal is to be a ‘calm, positive and effective’ professional for every buyer and seller in her care.” She believes in creating long-term relationships, considering every client as family.

Sharlene also serves her community as an Oklahoma State University House Director, is a Lifetime member of the O.S.U. Alumni Association and is a member of the Eagle Heights Baptist Church. She is the current House Director for Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and is a member of the Oklahoma Hospitality Club.  She has served as a table host for Crossroads Clinic annual fundraiser.  She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, sewing, gardening, and volunteering.
